VLC media player is a free and open source cross platform multimedia player that play most multimedia file as well as possible, device and network streaming protocols done very well .

This is a latest BETA version of the port of VLC media player app to the Android™ platform. It plays both audio and video with Cristal result.

It is intended for every person but this version is  perfectly stable not for you.It is still a beta version, so it might be kill your kitten and destroy your house. but now it should be mostly fine .Use it at your  risk.


VLC for Android™ plays most video and audio files, as well as network streams -DVD ISOs- like the computer version of VLC.VLC for Android has a media library for audio and video files and show to browse folders directly.

 It supports "auto rotation", spectated ratio adjustments and control volume and brightness with tuch on screen.It also includes a widget for audio control-support audio headset control-cover art and a complete audio media library status.

Missing Feature:-As this is an early BETA version and a lot of things are not finished at the moment, but will changed for the final release version:Hardware decoding works only with a limit set of hardware smart phons.Other unknown issues possible.

Permissions:-VLC for Android Beta needs acces to Device and app History to be able to read logs- during the beta version to help understand crashes and issues worked. Photos-Media-File to read your media file.Device ID & call information in order to stop music-video during incoming calls.
